Time for a Brain Break.
It's a short note this week.
There's already enough stimulation and more than enough thinking.
The purpose of these is to inspire you into action. Into practice.
It's about taking time out, away from the people, to go into your own inner sanctuary...and develop a better understanding of your own reality, as it is.
Not trying to make things happen.
Unlike exercise where there's a lot of resistance, with meditation, it's about cultivating the conditions (i.e. stillness and silence) and allowing the changes to happen.
And little by little, you balance and purify your mind.
And no amount of money, possessions or servants, can serve you more than your own balanced and purified mind.
Most people meditate for serenity and insight.
Why do you? Sleep well, feel great…meditate.
