Boredom…allows you to go beyond the thinking.

In this attention economy and digital deluge, boredom has become a form or suffering for so many. 

Yet when you get beyond the (initial) boredom, that constant stimulation and thinking, something magical happens.

You go beyond the thinking.

And that is a big win itself. 

Ahhhh....a well deserved brain break.

You start to tap into an abundant well of joy, love, happiness, truth and peace.

And this well exists within each one of us. 

The GOOD News: It is readily accessible...if only you could slow down. 

This is what the practice is about. 

Training attention to be aware, on purpose and in the present moment. 

It's a way to get out of the constant, repetitive and active thinking. And the way to do it, is to come to your senses.

The tip: Hurry up and slow down. 

Remember practice makes permanent.
