Taking time out…to tune in.

The premise of these blogs, is to inspire you into practice.

That's where the changes you want to manifest, will happen. 

It's like exercise. You can read all the books you want, study physiology and be inspired by all the wonderful quotes and athletes.

Yet, until you 'do' the exercises, there really isn't any benefit...other than more mental stimulation.

And we're all already over stimulated. That's a big part of why our brains need a break. 

Feel great, meditate.

Taking time out, away from the people, to tune into your own inner sanctuary.

You develop a better understanding about how you are, amongst the busyness, pressures and distractions of life. 

It'll help you determine what matters to you beyond the superficial thinking. 

And focusing on what matters, is all that really matters. 

It's a way to connect with yourself, as a part of all things.

Community.

Here's a quick shout out to those who've been attending these sessions for years...you know who you are. What's wonderful to note, is that when I've been unable to make it, these stalwarts still attend. They connect with each other, How beautiful.
