Know how to deal with challenges and obstacles (eg. I haven’t got time).
Design it to suit you and your workplace.
The format
Introductory Experiential Workshops (30, 45 or 60mins).
For 20 consecutive work days, you set up and schedule
5min Brain Breaks with your team.
Come together. Brain Break. Walk out better.
Optional Recordings (given to all employees).
Optional - Add 1, 2 or 3 x weekly Workshops (30/45/60mins) to support you during the challenge.
