NOW SCREENING: A movie about you.

Like watching a movie. πŸŽ₯

Here is something to consider.

Meditation is like going to the cinema or putting on the big screen at home.

It can be very entertaining, intriguing and sometimes boring πŸ˜†.

It's unravelling and revealing. 

The difference...you're watching a movie about yourself.

The Bonus:

With your own movie, you get a 'Brain Break'.

Because there is no stimulation.

You observe yourself from an objective perspective. Rather than being in your head, you can observe what's going on in it.  

Eg. A camera recording at a film set or a scientist observing an experiment. 

And the inner world movie about you (if you ever watch it), is way more entertaining than Netflix or Instagram could ever be.

If you've never done it before, watched 'your' movie that is, I recommend a short film like 5 to 10 minutes to get started.

Just to get a taste. 

Then work your way up...to the more deep, relaxing and meaningful movies.
