The first thing about meditation…

You have to want to do it. 

It'll take time, effort and discipline. It will require grit.

Establishing what draws you to meditate, your intention, will serve you immensely, especially when the motivation waxes and wanes (because it will).

So what is your reason? Make it personal.

The second thing is...

Design it to suit you. 

Listen to prescribed methods and take what works for you.

And then all you need to do is...

Practice regularly. 

Remember, the minimum effective dose of meditation is 10 minutes, 3 times a week. That's it.

Only good will come from it.
