Release and let go…

You have the capacity to self-regulate (at any moment). It's a key factor when dealing with being well P.A.I.D:

Pressured / Always On / Information Overloaded / Distracted

And we all know what happens when we let the above take control...stress!

Consider for a moment what you act like, feel like, think like and look like when you are 'doing' stress (yes, it is a choice!). It's not pretty...is it?

Release & Let Go!

One thing you can do, especially when you notice tension, is to let go of the worry, concern or stress by sending a signal to the body, telling it to relax.

It then sends the same signal to your brain...telling it to settle down. 

A micro technique that you can use at any time of the day (home/work/in-traffic); will be practiced in today's session. 

Step by Step.

Taking the smallest possible step, in the direction you desire (your intention)...is all you need to do. 

Just like taking a first step in a marathon. Start small, but start.

And one-by-one, day by day, you'll etch closer and closer to what you want.

Meanwhile, you're creating a routine and structure to not only help you achieve your goal, but go beyond it. And this is key for continuous improvement.
