Mental training in attention + attitude.

That's essentially what meditation is.

No flutes or incense are needed (but use them if you like them).

Remember: design it to suit you.

You can practice anywhere, anytime (isn't that awesome!).

And each time, it starts with one breath or one moment. 

Finetuning your operating system.

Just like your laptop, your brain needs to recharge and reset.

If you don't, then eventually it starts to stall, lag and even crash.

So here's a little sequence we'll be practicing in this weeks sessions.

Settling the body, speech and mind...
