The opposite is true as well.
Attention is the most valuable currency you own (repeat over and over).
By scrolling on your phone, you’re paying for it with your focus, ambition, discipline and your time - the ingredients you need to build happiness.
When you're happier, you look, feel, act and perform better.
And happiness can only occur...in the present moment.
That's where this attention comes in...training the mind to be present. It’s up to you.
