What you'll lose because of meditation.

I have lost so many things by meditating.

I've lost so much fear, anger, ill will, animosity, hatred and greed.

But most of all, I've lost a once high ability to stress, do anxiety and depression…am not any good at these anymore.

Meditating has been an investment of time…into my wellbeing.

Filling my cup.

To be more useful in the world...for others.

Sitting in silence without stimulation, slows down an unruly mind.

It makes the remaining time so much better…there's more composure, being considered, aware and being happy.

And happiness is my currency.
