Being awake to life as it's happening, moment to moment, takes work.
Why? Because the thinking is so tempting.
Life can only be lived in the present moment, it's a perpetual now.
Yet thinking takes us to the past or the future.
The history & mystery.
The memory or imagination.
To be present, requires tuning in to the senses in some way.
Whether it's feeling your bum on the seat, feet in your shoes, the smell of the roses or being connected with the flow of the breath.
That's how you know, not think you know.
Through experience, not intellect.
Listen to your breath.
In this week's sessions, we will use methods to quieten them mind so that we can hear the breath.
The breath doesn't use words, yet it communicates so much.
