- Tools to trigger the relaxation response to let go of tension, worry & concern on the spot for stability, focus and to relax. 
- The power and importance of attention and training it to remain on task.

- Experiential learning of a pathway that enhances wellbeing and performance with micro-tools incorporated into the work day.
