Stage 1: WORKSHOP: Attention + Attitude (60mins)

Stage 2: HABIT CREATION - 5/8 weeks x 30/60mins

  • 8 x weekly experiential training of multiple techniques for skill development and proficiency

  • Addressing common obstacles and how to overcome them

  • Exercises to strengthen focus in day to day life

  • The power of attitude & how it impacts experience

  • Knowledge sharing between participants
